WE OFFER SURFACE TREATMENT IN THE FOLLOWING STANDARD OPTIONS:

GRINDING, BRUSHING AND POLISHING OF STAINLESS STEEL

Grinding

  • Treatment K240 – the most commonly used surface for industrial use and gastro production, it is a rough surface treatment of the material, which removes the original porous layer, removes most of the defects on the surface and creates a 240 grit grinding structure. This is a pre-treatment of the material, which should be followed by a final grinding, which the customer will carry out himself after the material has been processed.

  • Treatment K320 – has a finer abrasive texture, which is used for the surfaces of materials used in the construction of railings, staircases, furniture and other building elements. It is suitable for most standard products both indoors and outdoors.

BRUSHING

  • Treatment K320/SB – is intended for aesthetically and design demanding realizations in interiors, e.g. stainless steel parts of furniture, lighting or even stainless steel art objects. It is characterized by a fine brushed surface. The SB designation means that there is a strip of Scotch-Brite on the last grinding roller, which softens the texture of the 320 grinding wheel.

POLISHING

  • Polish A6 – the cheapest variant of polished surface designed for low-maintenance realizations or for the customer who has his own polishing plant and has the opportunity to finish polishing the surface to the quality level that suits him after processing such a pre-prepared material.

  • Polish – a surface designed for standard, undemanding applications, mostly located outdoors. It is the most widely used option with the best price/quality ratio.

  • High polish - a quality designed for more demanding customers, characterized by a high polish achieved by a more demanding manufacturing process that removes the vast majority of common defects on the surface of the material.

  • Mirrorlike polish - the most demanding and economically expensive surface treatment, designed for demanding realizations of luxury interiors of hotels, yachts, private buildings or demanding works of art. It differs from the High Polish variant in that most of the traces of polishing tools are removed from the surface and maximum surface mirroring is achieved. This variant can only be applied on materials that are suitable for achieving this quality.

FUNCTIONAL SURFACES - GRINDING AND POLISHING OF VESSELS AND PIPE PARTS

  • For the special requirements of the pharmaceutical and food industry we produce so-called functional surfaces - Ra from 0.1 to 1.6 microns or according to customer needs (mirror-like polishing), which are antibacterial and antiseptic.

Grinding and polishing of inner surfaces of pipes

  • We also offer machining of the inner surfaces of pipes - from 52 mm diameter up to 1000 mm diameter, in lengths of around 3 metres, in exceptional cases 6 metres. The requirements for this production must always be consulted individually.
